Sandstorm is a 3D map developed in Unreal Engine 4. Tailored for multiplayer gameplay, this map is set within a medieval fortress in the the desert during the Crusades era. Imbued with historical accuracy, I conducted thorough research to faithfully recreate architectural details, terrain features, and cultural elements of the period. Noteworthy for its emphasis on verticality, the map allows players to navigate multiple floors, enhancing strategic depth. Through deliberate placement of environmental storytelling elements such as battle weapons, arrows and debris the map vividly depicts past conflicts and the resilience of its inhabitants. With attention for details and a commitment to immersive storytelling, this project reflects my dedication to delivering engaging gaming experiences.
The proposed objectives for this multiplayer map include capturing the relic, securing the stronghold, and achieving victory in FFA and team slayer.
